Question: Can I hang it on the inside of the cabinet?
Answer: you could hang it on a cabinet door; but you would not be able to close the door (provided your door was not too thick for the hanging groove)

Question: What is the weight capacity?
Answer: Nothing heavier than the original bag of your choice would hold. The holder itself does not allow the bag to slip, so no worries there. One gallon used zip lock baggies work well and I've also found that the bags that hot dog buns come in fit perfectly. I hope this helps to answer your question.

Question: Does it hold any size bag?
Answer: I use supermarket bags, no problems so far for 2 weeks.

Question: Any chance this would work with brown paper grocery bags instead of plastic?
Answer: It would depend on the bag size I think but possibly

Question: does this holder include the bags? If not what size bags do you recommend to purchase?
Answer: No it does not include them. I bought 3 gallon size.

Question: Does this have a lid?
Answer: No it does not have a lid. I did not want a lid because I use it only when cleaning vegetables and a lid would get in the way.
